Nutritional Information

100% certified organic:

Hops (Humulus lupulus strobilus):  The phytoestrogens found in Hops help to buffer oestrogen decline in the body and ease many menopause symptoms.  In particular, it helps to reduce luteinising hormone surges which lead to hot flushes.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia flos): Used to balance emotions and ease symptoms caused by hormonal changes such as tension headaches, migraines, heart palpitations and insomnia.  Lavender also helps manage irritability, mild anxiety, worrying, stress and exhaustion.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra radix):  Contains steroid-like compounds and phytoestrogens that can perform various functions of the body's natural oestrogens; very helpful during menopause when endogenous oestrogen production declines. It is also a potent tonic for the adrenal glands, helping them to products stress-fighting hormones.

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca herba): Documented for over 2,000 years as a nerve- soothing herb, its properties help to ease menopausal symptoms that are caused by the rapid decline of endogenous oestrogen, such as anxiety, insomnia and heart palpitations.

Sage (Salvia officinalis folia): Sage is well-documented at reducing sweating caused by menopause, in particular excessive sweating and night sweats.  Traditionally it has been used to help with nervous exhaustion, anxiety and improve brain function and memory.

St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): Clinically proven to reduce stress and anxiety during the transitional change of menopause.  It is a mild diuretic which reduces excess fluid and an astringent which moderates excessive menstrual bleeding.

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium flos): Traditionally called “Venus Eyebrow” as reference to its beneficial properties for female health issues. It stops excessive gynecological bleeding and acts as an anti-spasmotic, anti-inflammatory and wound healer. Its diuretic action helps eliminate excess fluid and pathogens that cause urinary tract infections.

No gluten, sugar, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. GE free.
