Good grain selection is necessary to create Great flour. At Chantal they source New Zealand wheat from the Canterbury region and growers we know personally.
Every grain is different from the rest – even in the same batch and our expert Miller has the challenge of knowing all about each type of grain and every batch to create the intended flour.
Freshly milled using a traditional stone ground mill at our premises in Hawke’s Bay, Chantal Organics create a high grade organic flour using the finest organically grown New Zealand hard wheat. Chantal's Bread flour contains extra bran that creates a healthier white flour that still bakes well, but with extra bran.
