Every grain is different from the rest – even in the same batch and our expert miller has the challenge of knowing all about each type of grain and every batch to create the intended flour.
Zentrofan Flour is milled from the whole wheat grain containing superfine bran and germ as well as the endosperm. The mill of the future in use today, unique in it’s ability to mill the valuable bran layers and in doing so makes the minerals available to our body. With Zentrofan seven grain flour we are using 40% less wheat, the six other grains offer us a much more balanced nutrition. Simply use the seven grain flour instead of your ordinary wheat flour for making bread or fine baking. It works well with pancakes or waffles.
