Ceres Organics Shoyu is made from organic soy beans that are fermented naturally using koji (aspergillus spores) and left to mature over several months in wooden casks. This creates a rich and full-bodied flavour. No artificial additives or preservatives.
Shoyu is ideal as an all purpose seasoning. It enhances the flavour of vegetables, fish, casseroles and soups. To maximise its delicate flavour, shoyu is best added to food in the last few minutes of cooking.
