- Fill out the application form at the back of the Investment Statement.
- Arrange your payment (cheque or bank deposit), and
- Return your application form to us.
- Further instructions are included on the investment statement's application form.

What happens after I have submitted my application?
Once a fortnight the shares that have been applied for are allocated, once this has been done you will be notified and can collect your membership card from the shop.
