Meet the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the group of mostly volunteers who oversee the direction of the business. Official positions are the Chair of the Board, Treasurer (handles the accounting oversight for the business in close contact with the Office Manager), Secretary (Legal compliance officer), and Employee Shareholder Representative (Currently the Shop Managers).  We also have board members without official positions.  

The Harbour Co-op Board of Directors currently meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 8:30 am in Lyttelton. The board was formed from a group of volunteers from the community.  Meetings are open and we encourage members to attend.  Please inform the Membership Co-ordinator (membership@harbourcoop.co.nz) if you plan to attend so you will be notified of the venue and included in agenda item information circulated prior to the meeting (if you'd like to receive this information).
